PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE AT MITSUBISHI ORLEANS! From start to end we had an outstanding experience and got our family dream car. A big thank you to the manager, Chantal, who first started the discussions with us and sent us quotes and the link to the vehicle with the exact color that I wanted! She was very helpful! At our first dealership appointment, we met with Alex the sales manager who showed us the car and got the test drive done. He also offered beverages to our entire family as we came with our younger children who enjoyed their hot chocolate very much! After finishing our hot beverages, we had a pleasure to go meet with Ibrahim and talk about the financing of the car. He was also very helpful, informative and provided all the necessary information to ensure we make an informed decision. We then came back a few days later to finalize the paperwork and now we have our dream car, 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL S-AWC, thanks to the Orleans Mitsubishi Team!

We found ourselves needing a small car. Our driveway is not super long, so we needed something slim. We picked a Mirage because it is the cheapest new car available. We met with Liam Rado and settled on a lovely blue Mirage. I named her Maggie. The sales experience was great. We've been buying Mitsubishi Cars since 2006, and we love Orleans Mitsubishi. They always treat us right. They don't push unnecessary services. I love this dealership and will keep going to them.

My experience with Orleans Mitsubishi overall was very pleasant. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander a couple of weeks ago. From our first contact with Liam Rado, the sales representative over the phone, to our in-person meeting at the Dealership, and then the finance guy Eli Farah for the financing aspect of the vehicle, I was very pleased overall with the sales/financing aspect, and how quickly that evolved. The Service Centre, with Bradley, who worked with my husband and I to resolve an issue with the vehicle’s electrical and fuel delivery issue was also pleasant. That mechanical issue appears to be resolved. And, the issue was resolved within a day and the dealership provided my husband with an Uber to and from home to reduce the inconvenience to us in receiving a vehicle with this issue in the first place. From the moment of first contact, to the delivery and pick-up of the vehicle took approximately one week. I found the time frame a bit long, to pick up the vehicle, considering that it was already on the lot, and we were paying daily, out of pocket for a rental. This is one area they could improve on, in future, to reduce the inconvenience to new customers in similar circumstances to ours.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from William and got help from Ibrahim as well. They didn't make me feel rushed which was important as this was my first car purchase.
