We had Aaftab as a sale representative and he was very helpful in choosing our new car. He took the time to explain the differences between the models and we could test drive two cars. We end up choosing the Outlander hybrid Noir. So far we are satisfied with our choice. We had Ibrahim has a financial adviser and he answered our many questions especially with the extra coverage and took the time to go over all the financials with us. We had a great experience at Orleans Mitsubishi and we recommend it.

Recently I purchased an Outlander GT Premium from this dealership, overall experience was good, however the sales person “Ibrahim” was exceptionally good and helpful, his attitude was not like a typical car salesperson, he is patient, knowledgeable and very nice. I can't thank the team at Orleans Mitsubishi enough! I bought my 2024 Outlander GT last Saturday, have been driving it for a week and I couldn't be more in love! Alex was amazing throughout the entire process and never once made me feel pressured. For me, personally, the experience with your sales person can make or break a deal. When it came time for me to go try out the other few vehicles I wanted to compare, there was no pressure with the typical "if I do XYZ will you sign right now", he understood that I needed to compare and honestly had enough confidence in his product and himself to know i'd be back. He was right. I came back the same day and signed on the dotted line. To top it all off, Alex brought me out to see the exact one I had purchased and a double rainbow had appeared over it, there couldn't have been a bigger sign. We went to Orleans knowing which car we were going to purchase but wanted to get a feel for the dealership before buying. We had a bad experience at a different dealership but knew Orleans Mitsubishi had the exact car we wanted and a price posted online. Our sales associate, Alex was very understanding of our situation and walked us through all the car features and pricing information with patience and honesty. I had done a lot of research and was happy to feel like my knowledge and questions were valid and respected. After a little bit of negotiation we were able to come to a deal and happily purchased the car. The turn around on receiving the car was quick and again a friendly experience. If purchasing a Mitsubishi, I would highly recommend Alex and the Orleans team for their friendly and helpful service.

Met with Liam to look at the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and a great teacher while we test drove our first hybrid. He was also flexible, worked within our budget and did not try and push us into an immediate decision. It was a very positive sales experience and I would work with him in future for buying new vehicles. The location itself was clean, well-kept and a friendly environment.
