He was patient, answered all our questions, and offered a very reasonable deal. Even though we didn’t end up making a purchase, he never pressured us or made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend him for his excellent customer service.

When we settled on an Eclipse Cross and selected a vehicle that was available quickly, the buying process, from trade - in, delivery date convenience, delivery preparation and since the, follow up, has been excellent, including introductions from the service department. The vehicle is meeting expectations and I am pleased that the roof track came with mount points for cross bars. This facilitated easy installation of rails for my kayak without rails being installed. I am also delighted to have been able to source a Canadian manufactured tow-hitch for the bike rack. We are looking forward to the journey ahead.
