My experience with Orleans Mitsubishi overall was very pleasant. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander a couple of weeks ago. From our first contact with Liam Rado, the sales representative over the phone, to our in-person meeting at the Dealership, and then the finance guy Eli Farah for the financing aspect of the vehicle, I was very pleased overall with the sales/financing aspect, and how quickly that evolved.
The Service Centre, with Bradley, who worked with my husband and I to resolve an issue with the vehicle’s electrical and fuel delivery issue was also pleasant. That mechanical issue appears to be resolved. And, the issue was resolved within a day and the dealership provided my husband with an Uber to and from home to reduce the inconvenience to us in receiving a vehicle with this issue in the first place.
From the moment of first contact, to the delivery and pick-up of the vehicle took approximately one week. I found the time frame a bit long, to pick up the vehicle, considering that it was already on the lot, and we were paying daily, out of pocket for a rental. This is one area they could improve on, in future, to reduce the inconvenience to new customers in similar circumstances to ours.
